School of Popular Music (SOPM)

During Summer School, each band will be supervised by an SOPM tutor at all times. Students should be dropped off and collected at the appropriate locations each day—please refer to the Summer School General Information Pack for full details.

PERMISSION

I, the parent/guardian of the student named in my application, understand the nature of the planned trip to:

St Helier Town Centre – Busking Day

I give my consent for my child to take part in this off-site activity as part of the SOPM Summer School programme. I understand that:

•The purpose and structure of the trip has been clearly explained.

•Adequate and appropriate supervision will be in place at all times.

•My child will be under the care of an SOPM tutor throughout the trip.

I acknowledge that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants. I also understand and accept that SOPM and its staff cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents or circumstances beyond their control.
